Candidates must have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and reliable behavior.

Location:
East Aurora, NY Duties and Responsibilities Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors as needed Vacuum and perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain removal as needed Dispose of trash from bins and containers Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed Clean upholstered furniture Clean kitchen, and eating areas, including all appliances and equipment Scrub sinks, basins, bathtubs, showers, and toilets in private bathrooms Change linens and gather used linens such as sheets or towels for laundering Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, and sorting linen Must be proficient at ironing bed linen and clothing Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed Clean garage, garage floors, and immediate outside areas of the dwelling Report repairs and replacements required when encountered Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe, sanitary care of products; store all equipment at the end of the shift Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies Perform detailed deep cleans when required Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or knowledge and skills Must be able to fluently speak, write, and read with clarity sufficient to follow instructions Must follow cleaning schedules, policies, and procedures as outlined by the homeowner Ability to lift 25 to 30 pounds Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for extended lengths of time 3
years experience with private residence housekeeping Pays attention to detail when cleaning Organized and able to follow a schedule Ability to follow verbal directions Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents Active listening by taking time to understand the points made, asking questions as appropriate Strong time management and flexibility to adapt to changes Ability to maintain confidentiality Job Type:
